Day-to-day you will
Convert architects' drawings into accurate cost schedules (training provided).
Liaise with contractors, merchants and production to lock in budgets and delivery dates.
Work with in-house structural engineers on basic calcs and value-engineering ideas.
Compile hand-over packs so project teams hit the ground running.
Analyse win/loss data to sharpen future bids.
We're looking for
Degree or HND in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architectural Technology, Construction Mgmt or similar
Curiosity about how buildings go together and a head for numbers.
Confident communicator keen to build client relationships.
Ability to commute to Cookstown (relocation support considered).
