Industrial Controlling Analyst
Cork, Ireland
Up to €55,000 + Benefits

A leading international food and beverage manufacturer is seeking an Industrial Controlling Analyst to strengthen their finance team at a key production site in Cork. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a business where your insights will have a direct impact on operational performance and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Own monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting processes for plant operations.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives across the manufacturing site.
Analyse variances and cost trends across materials, labour, overheads, and production.
Maintain standard cost data and support transfer pricing and product cost allocations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, admin, and finance teams to deliver actionable insights.
Provide audit support and ensure internal financial controls are upheld.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years' experience in finance, controlling, or audit, ideally within FMCG or manufacturing.
Solid experience in period-end reporting (month/quarter/year).
Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
Understanding of cost control and standard costing in a production or supply chain environment.
Prior involvement in internal or external audits is highly desirable.
Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SAP and Hyperion is a plus.
Analytical, proactive, and confident working with large datasets.
