About the Role
You’ll be joining a small, collaborative development team working on the design and build of new software solutions for embedded and Linux-based systems. This is a rare chance to get in at the ground floor of a greenfield project, where your ideas and contributions will make a real impact.
You’ll be working closely with experienced engineers, receiving mentoring and support while gaining hands-on experience in:
* Developing and maintaining software in C / C++ within a Linux environment
* Building system-level and embedded applications for specialist engineering systems
* Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code
* Debugging, testing, and performance optimisation
* Collaborating using Git, code reviews, and Agile methods
About You
We’re looking for someone enthusiastic, proactive, and ready to learn. You might be a recent graduate or someone with 6–12 months of experience, with:
* Good knowledge of C, C+ or C++ programming
* Understanding of Linux operating systems and command-line tools
* A logical, problem-solving mindset
* Willingness to learn from others and contribute ideas
* Passion for technology and building things from scratch
* Any experience with embedded systems, networking, or real-time programming would be a bonus—but not essential.
