Location: St Asaph,
Reporting To: Head of Marketing
Employment Type: Full-Time (9-5 Mon to Fri – wfh Thurs & Fri) *would consider part time
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

We are now seeking a Junior Graphic Designer with a flair for visual storytelling and a keen interest in social media management to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a variety of global brands while developing your skills under the mentorship of our Senior Graphic Designer.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
* Design and produce a wide range of digital and print assets, including social media graphics, brochures, email banners, presentations, infographics, and internal marketing collateral.
* Ensure brand consistency across multiple global brands under The HVAC Group umbrella.
* Support the Senior Graphic Designer with creative projects and campaigns.
* Assist in updating and maintaining design templates and visual guidelines.
* Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to ongoing campaigns.
Social Media Management
* Create and schedule engaging social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
* Assist with basic copywriting for social posts and campaigns.
* Monitor social media engagement and analytics, providing insights and suggestions for growth.
* Support brand presence across multiple international recruitment brands and the facilities services arm.
* Stay current on social media trends and design innovations to keep content relevant and impactful.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
* Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual storytelling
* Familiarity with social media platforms and basic scheduling tools (e.g. Buffer, Later, Hootsuite)
* Ability to work across multiple brands with strong attention to detail
* A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
Desirable:
* Basic video editing or animation skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva)
* An interest in or understanding of the recruitment and/or facilities services industries
* Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools
