POSITION: Junior Graphic Designer
SALARY: Entry point circa £23,000 plus benefits
LOCATION: HAILSHAM, EAST SUSSEX

Currently, the company is undergoing an important transitional phase focused on streamlining operations, implementing templates, and automating processes to maximize efficiency and foster creativity within their teams.
They are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer with a fresh perspective, strong attention to detail, and enthusiasm for developing innovative workflows. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the design team to optimize creative processes by employing templates, systems, and advanced tools, enabling more time to be devoted to impactful and inventive work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop visually engaging content from initial concept through to execution.
* Design materials for various platforms including social media, websites, and print, adhering strictly to brand guidelines.
* Support basic motion design and video editing tasks (experience in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or CapCut is advantageous but not required).
* Utilise design efficiencies such as templates, workflows, and systems; contribute to building a comprehensive library of reusable assets.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain brand consistency and deliver compelling creative work under tight deadlines.
* Pursue continuous professional development through ongoing learning and experimentation.
Candidate Profile:
* A portfolio demonstrating creativity and a solid understanding of design principles.
* Awareness of current design trends, tools, and best practices.
* Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
* A proactive attitude toward learning new technologies and techniques.
* Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Positive, solution-oriented mindset.
