Junior Land Surveyor
Aylesbury
£25,000 - £30,000 + Package + Great Training + Progression to Team Leader
This is a fantastic opportunity to join established yet growing practice where you will benefit from tailored training to suit you, director mentoring from experienced surveyors and clear progression to team leader long term.
Are you a motivated individual with experience using surveying equipment either practically or academically? Do you want to join a stable but growing business who genuinely want to develop you professionally and can progress you into leadership?
This is a great time to join this surveying practise as they continue to grow, where you will benefit from direct 1 to 1 mentoring from seasoned surveyors, exposure to prestigious projects and a tailored training program. They are looking for someone eager to learn to add to their long-standing and dynamic team with this great role.
You'll join in a hands-on role where you will shadow experienced surveyors and assist them with their surveys. You'll be developed across practical surveying and the post processing side of the role with bespoke training to suit your learning styles to progress you into a team leader position.
Therefore, the ideal candidate will be a motivated and eager individual with exposure to surveying equipment either practically or in an academical setting, who is looking for a genuine long-term opportunity to progress their career.
This is a great opportunity to join an established yet growing practice where you'll receive direct support from the start, given full responsibility and autonomy as you continue to progress into a leadership role.
The Role:
Assisting senior surveyors on live projects
Assist with the CAD processing
As you progress you begin to take on your own work

Motivated and eager to learn
Exposure to surveying equipment (Leice, Trimble or Totalstation) practically or academically
Commutable distance to their office in Aylesbury
Full UK drivers license and own vehicle
