We are working in partnership with a well-regarded Landscape Consultancy based near Banbury, Oxfordshire, now seeking a Junior Landscape Architect to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and technically focused graduate to take the first step in their professional journey within a supportive and forward-thinking practice. Our client is recognised for delivering high-quality, landscape-led solutions across a range of public and private sector developments. Their work spans residential, strategic land promotion, mixed-use, and renewable energy schemes, with particular strength in Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA) and masterplanning. The successful candidate will be joining a collaborative team committed to design excellence and environmental sensitivity. You'll gain experience in a wide variety of landscape planning and design projects, working closely with senior professionals on all stages from concept to delivery. Junior Landscape Architect Job Overview Prepare high-quality technical designs, drawings and visualisations for a range of developments Assist in the preparation of Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIA) and supporting planning documents Use design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and the Adobe Creative Suite Contribute to project research, planning context, and presentation materials Liaise with clients, planning consultants and multidisciplinary teams Support colleagues in preparing accurate project estimates and maintaining project deadlines Work on schemes primarily within the residential development sector. Junior Landscape Architect Job Requirements Recently graduated or up to two years of post-qualification experience Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe InDesign A strong portfolio of work to present at the interview Excellent work ethic and self-motivation Experience or interest in the technical stages of projects and/or Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIA) Living in or around the Oxfordshire area Full, clean driving licence Junior Landscape Architect Salary & Benefits Salary: £26,000 - £34,000 (DOE) Holiday: 23 days plus bank holidays Additional professional training provided Life insurance Pension scheme Social events Flexible working arrangements Other benefits to be discussed at the interview stage Bennett & Game Recruitment are acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
