We are working with a highly reputable law firm in Oxford who are seeking a Junior Legal / Patent Administrator to join their busy team on a full-time, permanent basis.
An ideal candidate will have some previous intellectual property (IP) or legal administration experience – preferably at least one years’ experience. If you have a secretarial or administrative qualification, then this might be an advantage. However, this is not essential. Additionally, you will need great organisation skills and a willingness to learn new skills and processes within a fast-paced environment.
The duties will be:
* Providing administrative support.
* Dealing with diary management along with monitoring emails.
* Preparing invoices as well as cost estimates for review.
* Deadline management and report preparation.
