Junior Legal PA - City Law Firm / Hybrid Working - £32k-£35k + great benefits
A successful Law Firm, in the City of London, is looking for a proactive and eager Legal Administrator / Legal PA to join a busy practice team as a Junior Legal PA.
Please note: this is not a Paralegal position.

Standard working hours are 9.30am - 5.30pm and hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home) is offered (although 4 days per week is required in the office during the probationary period).
Key responsibilities as the Junior Legal PA will include:
* Supporting with all admin and coordination for the team
* Proactive diary and email management
* Arranging internal and external meetings and conference calls
* Booking training and courses
* Organising travel bookings and producing detailed itineraries
* Liaising with clients and maintaining a professional attitude at all times
* Assisting with new business enquiries
* Assisting with file opening
* Monitoring new matters to ensure all necessary information and documents have been received
* Preparation and management of documentation
* Billing and financial management - assisting fee earners with billing procedures
* Processing expenses and assisting with time recording
* Updating the CRM database

What we’re looking for:
* Previous office experience, ideally in a legal practice, although support in another legal environment / professional services may be considered
* Please note this is not a Paralegal role
* Solid academics including GCSE English and Maths grades A-C
* Experience working in a fast-paced office environment is required
* Experience working for partners and a number of busy fee earners at the same time is advantageous
* Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
* Ability to take initiative, delegate well and remain calm under pressure
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills
* Solid PC skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly and efficiently
* Knowledge of document management systems, Aderant accounting package and digital dictation (BigHand) would be beneficial
* Dynamic and driven nature
