Are you a Junior/Trainee Maintenance Engineer from a mechanical or electrical background, looking to join a long-standing company who will invest in your future, offering ongoing in-house training on niche machinery and clear routes to progress to Management within a few years?

In this workshop-based role you will be performing mechanical and electrical maintenance on a range of CNC machinery. This will mostly be planned with some reactive, working on 30 machines along with any other equipment in the workshop. You will gain full support from the Maintenance Manager, along with machine tool manufacturer training given to bolster your skill set.
Founded nearly 100 years ago, this machining company provide solutions to the automotive industry, priding themselves on delivering high quality products to household names. They invest heavily into their staff for the future, allowing them to progress into senior roles if they wish.
This role would suit somebody who has worked hands-on, perhaps from an apprenticeship, ex-forces, or in a factory, looking for a progressive role in a close-knit company they can grow with.
The Role:
Performing planned and reactive maintenance in a busy workshop
Working on a wide range of CNC machines with full training given
Monday to Thursday, 7am - 4:45pm
Plenty of optional overtime, paid at 1.2xThe Person:
