Location: Mobile role – mostly in and around London
Hours: Full-time (0800hrs-1700hrs M-F)
Salary: £27,500 + Zone 1 Travel Card

As demand for our services increases, we’re looking for a motivated Junior Mechanical & Electrical Technician to join us. This role is ideal for someone with the right technical background who wants to develop their career in M&E maintenance.
The Role
This is a hands-on, mobile role where you’ll work closely alongside a skilled technician, supporting on a variety of mechanical, electrical, and general maintenance tasks. Over time, as your skills develop, you’ll take on more responsibility and eventually work independently or with limited supervision.
Day-to-day, you’ll be:
* Assisting with fault-finding, repairs, and installations.
* Supporting electrical, plumbing, heating, and general handyman works.
* Learning best practices in M&E maintenance in high-end residential and commercial properties.
* Helping ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
You’ll report directly to a senior technician.
About You
We’re looking for someone eager to learn, reliable, and committed to building a career in this industry.
Essential:
* Engineering Degree or Level 4 HNC in a relevant discipline.
* Computer literate and confident using modern software/tools.
* Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Good communication skills and a professional manner.
Desirable:
* Hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, or building services.
* Familiarity with tools, systems, or health & safety practices.
