Junior Mechanical Engineer - Data Centre Project (Frankfurt)
Location: Frankfurt, Germany
Contract: 6 months
Rate: €30 per hour
Hours: Minimum 50 hours per week
Accommodation: Provided
We are currently seeking a Junior Mechanical Engineer (minimum 3 years post-graduate experience) to join our client on a major Data Centre project in Frankfurt.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated engineer to gain valuable international experience working on large-scale mechanical systems, specifically pipe installation.
Key Responsibilities
Support the coordination and supervision of pipe installation on-site
Assist in reviewing and understanding design drawings and specifications
Collaborate with site teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution
Apply basic knowledge of Primavera P6 for project coordination and reporting
Maintain health, safety, and quality standards in line with site requirements
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
3+ years post-graduate experience in mechanical engineering or site-based roles
Basic working knowledge of Primavera P6
Previous exposure to pipework or mechanical installation is a strong advantage
Willingness to work long hours and be site-based in Frankfurt
