A growing, forward-thinking financial planning firm is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join its technical support team as a Junior Paraplanner. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in paraplanning within a supportive, development-focused environment.
About the Role
This position is ideal for someone who has already gained experience in technical report writing and holds RO1 (or a higher CII qualification). The successful candidate will be committed to working toward further professional exams, such as the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.

What We're Looking For
Qualifications: RO1 (or equivalent) as a minimum.
Career Ambition: A genuine desire to progress toward diploma-level qualifications.
Technical Curiosity: Comfortable learning new concepts and applying foundational regulatory knowledge.
Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy and a careful approach to written work.
Communication Skills: Clear, confident written and verbal communication.

What's on Offer
You'll receive a starting salary of £25,000-£28,000 depending on experience, with the opportunity to earn a discretionary bonus of up to 15%. The benefits package includes 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, a workplace pension, life assurance at four times salary, and an additional reward day following your appraisal. The role follows a 35-hour working week with hybrid flexibility. You'll also have access to funded study support, structured development time, experienced mentors, and a clear progression route toward becoming a fully qualified Paraplanner.
