With a presence in the UK, South Africa, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Vietnam, we’re proud to combine creative innovation with international reach. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our Household division and help drive exciting new product development.
The Role
As Junior Product Manager, you’ll support the end-to-end development of innovative for Health and Beauty and Household products. Working closely with the Senior Product Manager and key retail customers, you’ll help turn ideas into shelf-ready products—managing samples, timelines, design briefs, and supplier communication.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a creative eye, strong organisation skills, and a passion for FMCG.
Key Responsibilities
* Research and identify trends, consumer behaviours, and market gaps
* Work with design and technical teams to develop and brief new concepts
* Manage critical paths and ensure projects stay on time and on budget
* Coordinate product samples, costs, and packaging requirements
* Communicate clearly with internal teams and international suppliers
* Prepare presentations and attend customer meetings as needed
* Maintain detailed records and support overall project delivery
Skills & Experience Required
* 1–2 years’ experience in product development, product management or a creative FMCG role or a relevant degree.
* Organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple deadlines
* Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Strong team player with a proactive attitude
* Willing to travel within the UK for customer meetings or trade shows
