My client is seeking a Junior Product Manager to join one of their thriving divisions in Norfolk. This is a genuine entry-level opportunity with a leading company that's serious about developing talent—you'll work directly alongside their Global Product Manager, learning the ropes whilst making real contributions from day one.
What You'll Be Doing:
You'll be at the heart of their product strategy, supporting the entire lifecycle of their portfolio. From maintaining critical product data and specifications in their CRM system, to analysing competitor positioning and market trends, you'll gain hands-on experience across every aspect of product management.
You'll coordinate between sales, supply chain, and marketing teams, support product launches, track performance metrics, and help identify innovation opportunities. You'll also become the go-to specialist for their successful sales team, occasionally stepping in to support customer conversations.
What I'm Looking For:
Strong analytical skills and comfort with Excel, PowerPoint, and data management
Excellent attention to detail with a proactive, can-do attitude
Great communication skills - both written and verbal, able to be the face of the business at client meetings when needed
The ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
A genuine curiosity about products, design, manufacturing, and what makes customers tick
No prior experience required - just enthusiasm, a great personality and the right mindset
