Job Description

Due to our client's continued expansion, they are seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our Midlands-based projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional to progress their career while working on high-profile developments across sectors such as Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, Data Centres, and Industrial. The successful candidate will have solid construction experience, with a strong background in fit-out works (cleanroom experience desirable but not essential), and the ability to support and lead a team of engineers. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support and advice to the Project Manager and wider team. Liaise daily with the project team, design consultants, and subcontractors. Review and verify engineering designs, models, and drawings. Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures, including pre- and post-pour checks, RFIs, and technical issue resolution. Assist in enforcing safe working practices on site. Track and record plant, materials, and logistics. Maintain accurate project records and prepare reports.Requirements Relevant third-level degree in engineering or construction. 6+ years’ experience in a similar role with a main contractor. Previous project exposure to Pharma, MedTech, Industrial, or Data Centre sectors. Experience with BCAR, design coordination, client interaction, quality management, and technical problem-solving. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and leadership skills.Package Competitive salary.
