Junior Property Solicitor
Rate: £30-£40 per hour - Negotiable DOE

Are you a qualified solicitor with 1-3 years' post-qualification experience and a passion for delivering high-quality legal services? We are currently working with a London Borough Council who are actively seeking a motivated Junior Property Solicitor to provide support on a wide range of property matters.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a varied caseload of residential and general property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, lease extensions, right to buy, and title issues.
Draft and negotiate complex legal documents and provide clear, solution-focused legal advice to internal clients and senior stakeholders.
Advise on legal implications for Council reports and attend committees or member briefings as required.
Collaborate with other in-house legal specialists and instruct external solicitors or counsel when needed.
Key Requirements
Qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years' PQE in property law.
Ability to manage multiple matters under pressure with attention to detail.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and legal research skills.
Experience within a local authority legal department.
