Junior Quality Compliance Officer Required!
Our client is a leading packaging manufacturer based in Southampton.
We are looking to recruit a Junior QC Officer on behalf of our client. In this role, the successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring every product meets the highest quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to build or grow a career in quality control within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Package:
Salary from £25,000 (DOE)
Annual company bonus
28 days holiday, inclusive of bank holidays
Working hours Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
Full BRCGS food-grade training will be providedJunior QC Officer - Responsibilities:
Performing routine quality checks and inspections of products and materials.
Assisting in maintaining and updating BRCGS documentation and quality records.
Preparing clear and accurate reports on quality control findings.
Supporting production teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.Junior QC Officer - Requirements:
Previous experience in quality control is an advantage
Experience within a manufacturing environment is preferred
Detail-oriented & methodical
Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
Able to work effectively as part of a team while also showing initiative independently.
Comfortable following processes and documenting work accurately.
