£30,000-£34,000 + Progression + Training + Flexible Hours + Performance Bonuses

Are you a Junior Quality Engineer looking to progress your career within a rapidly-growing company, where you will be fully trained and mentored to become a fully fledged Quality Engineer through on site, 1-on-1 training, taking on more authority in the quality assurance process?

In this position you will be handling a range of quality-based tasks including risk assessments, factory process drawings and liaison with both customers and suppliers. Through 1-on-1 training on specific systems you will learn the key tasks, progressing to a fully trained Quality Engineer and becoming responsible for quality assurance, risk assessments and client liaison.
This role would suit a Junior Quality Engineer from a production, workshop or manufacturing background looking for a position that provides 1-on-1 training from senior members of the team to progress your career and become a fully competent Quality Engineer.
The Role:
Quality inspections throughout production and assembly in the factory
1-on-1 training to become a Quality Engineer
Responsible for Inspection and risk assessments
50/50 split of hands on and desk-based work
Liaising with suppliers
8:30-5:30 Monday to Thursday. Early finish Friday.The Person:
