Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Kiltimagh, Co. Mayo. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or further their early career in quantity surveying and gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment.
About the Role
This position is ideal for a candidate who is eager to learn and develop within the industry. You will work closely with experienced professionals and receive full training in the use of the NHF Schedule of Rates, a key aspect of the role. In addition to QS duties, you will also support general office administration tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Learn and use NHF Schedule of Rates (full training provided)
* Office administration duties
* Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth delivery of works

* A genuine interest in construction and quantity surveying
* Good knowledge of construction methods and terminology ideally
* Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
