Are you an ambitious Junior Quantity Surveyor looking to break into the luxury residential sector? Churchillfield is recruiting for an elite, Portsmouth-based construction firm specializing in bespoke, multi-million-pound architectural homes.

As the company scales, you will receive one-to-one mentorship from the Commercial Manager, gaining expert-level insight into high-end cost management and commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  * Cost Planning: Assist in budgeting for prestigious, high-spec residential developments.

  * Procurement: Source and manage specialist artisans and luxury sub-contractors.

  * Valuations: Conduct site visits across the South Coast to track progress and validate payments.

  * Variations: Manage and price project changes—a vital skill in the bespoke build sector.

  * Reporting: Support monthly CVRs to ensure project profitability.

Candidate Requirements

  * Education: Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related Construction discipline.

  * Attributes: High attention to detail, strong numeracy, and professional communication skills.

  * Ambition: Eager to grow within a fast-paced, expanding SME environment.

  * Location: Commutable to Portsmouth/Hampshire.
