Our client, a prestigious and highly regarded law firm, is seeking a Junior Residential Conveyancer to join their busy office. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional with fee-earning experience who is ready to step beyond the paralegal level and manage their own files.
the role
- Handle and manage residential sale and purchase transactions.
- Run your own files and potentially oversee a personal caseload.
- Work closely within a supportive team of four, including two highly experienced paralegals.
- Benefit from structured training and supervision while developing your expertise.

- Previous fee-earning experience in residential conveyancing is essential.
- Strong understanding of sale and purchase transactions.
- Confident in managing files independently.
- Ambitious, proactive, and keen to progress within a leading law firm.
