We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Revit MEP Technician to join our Building Information Modelling (BIM) team. The Role

As a Revit MEP Technician, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of coordinated building services designs across a wide range of projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

  * Producing high-quality MEP models and drawings using Autodesk Revit.

  * Supporting engineers with the detailed design and coordination of MEP systems.

  * Developing accurate and technically robust BIM models.

  * Producing detailed MEP drawings from RIBA Stage 2 through to Stage 4.

  * Working collaboratively with internal engineers and external design teams to produce fully coordinated, clash-free models.

  * Applying BIM processes and ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 standards.

  * Working in line with company BIM standards, project-specific BEPs and internal processes.

  * Running clash detection using Navisworks or Solibri and assisting with model coordination.

  * Providing technical support and contributing to continuous improvement within the BIM team.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

  * Proven experience using Autodesk Revit MEP with the ability to work confidently and independently.

  * Experience working to project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).

  * A solid understanding of BIM workflows and collaborative design processes.

  * Knowledge of ISO 19650 and industry BIM standards.

  * Experience using Navisworks or Solibri for clash detection and model coordination.

  * Experience working in accordance with BSRIA BG6 guidance.

  * Strong communication skills with the confidence to challenge designs constructively and contribute during coordination meetings.

  * Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload to meet project deadlines.

  * A collaborative approach with a keen eye for detail and quality.
