Junior Sales Executive (B2B)
Location: Wrotham
Salary: £25,000 + Uncapped Commission
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Interviews: Arranged Immediately

You'll receive full training, mentoring from an experienced manager, and ongoing support to help you succeed. All successful candidates will join on the same day, sharing a structured training program and learning alongside your peers.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to new and existing clients to promote products and services.
Build and maintain relationships over the phone, building trust and credibility.
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities, generating leads for the business.
Consistently achieve and exceed targets.
Keep accurate records of all sales activity and client interactions on the CRM.
About You:
Enthusiastic, motivated, and target-driven with a hunger for success.
Confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills.
Previous telesales or B2B experience is essential
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own pipeline.
Benefits:
£25,000 basic salary + uncapped commission
28 days holiday (including bank holidays).
