Key Responsibilities:
* Research and build high-quality lead lists within defined market verticals.
* Qualify potential leads by identifying correct email addresses, names, job roles, and company information.
* Conduct outbound phone calls and follow-ups to confirm lead details and generate initial interest.
* Accurately maintain and update contact data within the CRM.
* Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support targeted campaigns.
The successful candidate will have:
* Excellent communication and phone manner.
* Strong attention to detail and organisation skills.
* Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online research platforms (LinkedIn, Apollo, etc.)
* A self-starter with curiosity and drive to learn about sales processes and customer engagement.
