Junior Sales Territory Representative – Institutional

Salary & Benefits

  * £29,000–£30,000 base salary

  * £500 per month commission (uncapped earning potential as you grow)

  * £1,200 annual bonus

What You’ll Be Doing

Once you’ve completed our industry-leading training programme, you’ll take ownership of an established territory and:

  * Build strong relationships with customers across restaurants, hotels, schools, and healthcare facilities

  * Grow sales within your territory through upselling, cross-selling, and exceptional service

  * Prospect and win new business, expanding your footprint and influence

  * Become a trusted expert in cleaning and sanitation solutions that improve customer experience and safety

  * Deliver hands-on support—installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment

  * Provide training and guidance to customer teams, ensuring best practices and operational excellence

This is a dynamic, field-based role where no two days are the same—you’ll be out meeting people, solving problems, and making a visible impact.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  * At least 1 year of field/outside sales experience (ideally in hospitality, foodservice, or similar sectors)

  * Full UK driving licence

  * Willingness to be on-call occasionally (evenings/weekends)

  * A proactive, self-motivated approach

Nice to have:

  * B2B sales experience

  * Background in hospitality, cleaning, or facilities services

  * Basic mechanical or technical aptitude (plumbing, electrical, equipment maintenance, etc.)
