£25,000 to £32,000 depending on experience + bonus
Hereford | Full-time | Office-based
Monday to Friday | Business hours

We are looking for a Junior Sales Support to join our irrigation team in Hereford. This is an office-based role with full training, excellent career progression and the chance to grow into a specialist sales or technical position over time.
What you will be doing
*
Supporting the sales team with quotes, customer enquiries and order processing
*
Using CRM systems and Microsoft Office to manage client data and communications
*
Building product knowledge and learning about irrigation systems and solutions
*
Speaking with customers on the phone and by email to provide updates and advice
*
Helping coordinate deliveries, stock, and supplier communications
What we are looking for
*
Some experience in a sales, admin or customer service role
*
Confident with IT systems including Excel, Word and email
*
Positive attitude, willingness to learn and a proactive mindset
*
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
*
Interest in agriculture or technical products is a bonus but not essential
