As Junior Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day kitchen operation:
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in running the kitchen
Manage one of the four kitchen sections confidently
Contribute creative ideas towards menu development
Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
Oversee health & safety, ordering and rota managementWhat we're looking for:
To succeed as Junior Sous Chef, you'll bring:
Previous experience in a similar role within a busy kitchen
Strong knowledge across all kitchen sections
Confidence leading and supporting a team
A passion for modern British cuisine and sustainability
