We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Junior Sous Chef to help lead our skilled kitchen team at this Boutique Hotel near Hull.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a busy, well-equipped kitchen, working closely with our talented kitchen team to deliver exceptional food across a diverse and dynamic menu.

Key responsibilities
As Junior Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, supporting the Senior Sous and Head Chef, leading from the front. Your duties will include:
Supporting the Senior Sous and Head Chef with the smooth operation of all kitchen services
Maintaining high standards across food quality, presentation, and consistency
The ability to follow recipes while adding energy and precision to every dish
Making sure food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards are kept
Support managing stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
Training, mentoring, and developing junior team members
