Strong technical knowledge of steel, concrete, masonry, or timber design in accordance with UK regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Clear communication abilities, both verbal and written—confident in producing reports and presenting to internal teams and clients. A proactive, team-oriented attitude; keen to learn and progress. Desirable (but not essential): Familiarity with sustainability or embodied carbon assessment tools. Experience with multidisciplinary project delivery and client-facing exposure.
