Junior Technical Project Manager – MOD Rapid Acquisition – DV Cleared
📍 Location: Dorset (Hamworthy) + Hybrid at Abbey Wood
💼 Contract Type: Inside IR35
📆 Duration: 6 months (extension likely)
💰 Day Rate: Up to £350/day
🛡 Clearance Required: MOD DV preferred (or actively progressing)
Step Into High-Priority Defence Delivery
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Technical Project Manager with a defence background to step into a fast-paced MOD environment delivering urgent capabilities to specialist user communities. You'll play a vital role supporting hardware and software integration for rapid acquisition within a secure programme.
Your Mission:
Assist with delivering technical workstreams across rapid capability programmes
Support acquisition, procurement, and systems integration activities
Liaise with stakeholders across MOD, including end users and technical teams
Contribute to documentation, assurance, and project coordination
Work alongside senior engineers and technical PMs to shape delivery outcomesYou’ll Bring:
Early-to-mid-level experience in defence engineering or technical delivery
Familiarity with MOD or DE&S acquisition lifecycle and agile working models
Strong communication skills and ability to support multidisciplinary teams
Exposure to systems integration or platform delivery in military settings
