Summary:
We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a fast-paced and growing logistics operation as a Junior Transport Operator. In this role, you'll work closely with experienced planners and operational teams to ensure the efficient and cost-effective movement of goods across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning daily transport schedules and routes for a busy fleet operation.
Monitor vehicle movements and proactively address any delivery or collection issues.
Liaise with drivers, customers, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery in line with service level agreements.
Support in maintaining compliance with transport legislation and company policies.
Help manage transport administration and reporting.
Key Skills/Experience:
Some previous experience working within a logistics operation, ideally within road freight movements.
Eager to learn and develop within this field.
Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
