Are you ready to launch your engineering career offshore? We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Vessel Stimulation Engineer to join our dynamic team aboard the Island Patriot Vessel in Esbjerg. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in fluid testing, QA/QC processes, and vessel-based engineering operations in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Conduct laboratory testing of fluids and materials to support vessel stimulation operations
Assist senior engineers with QA/QC documentation, chemical reconciliations, and job reporting
Operate and maintain testing equipment in the vessel laboratories
Support R&D initiatives, fluid development, and vessel improvement projects
Uphold HSEQ standards and ensure safe handling of chemicals and equipment
Learn stimulation modelling software and North Sea Ecotoc regulations
Step into the Vessel Stimulation Engineer role when required during extended operations
What We're Looking For
A degree in an Engineering discipline
Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental responsibilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Organised, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement
Desirable Experience
Prior laboratory experience
Familiarity with fracture design concepts
Exposure to STIMPLAN or pressure analysis software
