KBA PRINTER
LOCATION WEST YORKSHIRE
Salary: £45K+ (Dependent on Experience)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (rotating shifts)
Monday To Thursday: 6:00am - 2:00pm / 2:00pm - 10:00pm / 10:00pm - 6:00am
Friday:6:00am - 11:30am / 11:30am - 5:00pm / 5:00pm - 10:30pm
We are currently recruiting for an experienced KBA Printer / Decorator to join a well-established manufacturing business based in West Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled print professional to work within a fast-paced production environment, delivering high-quality output on specialist rigid substrates.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and maintain KBA presses to achieve optimal print quality
Produce high-quality print onto specialist rigid and pre-formed packaging substrates
Ensure all work is completed in line with production schedules and quality standards
Carry out colour matching, registration, and in-process quality checks
Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to minimise downtime
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure consistent output
Adhere to all health & safety and company proceduresRequirements
Proven experience operating KBA / litho printing presses (experience with rigid or specialist substrates is highly desirable)
Strong understanding of print processes, inks, and colour control
Ability to work effectively within a shift-based production environment
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and resolve machine issues
Team player with a proactive and flexible approachWhat's on Offer
