Job Description

Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Key Account Administrator for our client based in Windlesham. Role: Key Account Administrator Location: Windlesham - Hybrid (Opportunity to work from home one day a week) Salary: £28,000 per annum Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for designated key accounts Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders Communicate effectively about our services to meet client needs Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent processes Handle issues and complaints efficiently Identify recurring issues and implement long-term solutions Drive continuous improvement by discussing key account needs Manage helpdesk support and related portals Prepare quotations and facilitate customer billing Attend and contribute to company meetingsThe Ideal Candidate: Exceptional customer service skills Experience in account management or customer support Knowledge of facilities management services desirable Familiarity with reporting and KPI management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software Ability to prioritise and act on requests promptly Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Team player with a flexible and enthusiastic attitude Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
