Caddy Group are recruiting for a Key Account Coorindator to join their growing team. As Key Account Coordinator, you play an essential role in supporting the smooth delivery of recruitment
services across our Construction and M&E divisions. Working closely with the Directors and wider
delivery team, you ensure that client accounts are managed efficiently, compliance is maintained, and
every stage of the recruitment process runs seamlessly.
This role combines structured administration with proactive coordination. You are central to ensuring that
clients, candidates, and consultants are fully supported - helping to uphold high standards of service,
operational consistency, and account management excellence.
What You’ll Do
Account Coordination & Delivery Support
• Coordinate permanent recruitment assignments across key client accounts within the
Construction and M&E markets.
• Manage candidate documentation, ensuring full compliance with right-to-work, qualifications,
and client-specific standards.
• Prepare, format, and upload CVs to internal systems and client portals, ensuring accuracy and
professionalism.
• Maintain up-to-date records within the CRM, ensuring data integrity and effective tracking of all
recruitment activity.
• Support the Directors by preparing reports, correspondence, and recruitment documentation.
• Track and manage weekly timesheet submissions, following up on queries and ensuring timely
resolution.
Client & Candidate Communication
• Act as a professional first point of contact for client and candidate communication within
assigned accounts.
• Liaise confidently via phone and email to schedule interviews, confirm details, and maintain
clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Support the coordination of client and internal meetings - managing diaries, taking minutes, and
ensuring actions are completed promptly.
