Key Account Manager – Restaurant & Hospitality Technology
Are you an experienced Key Account Manager who thrives on building long-term partnerships and delivering real commercial value for your clients?

You’ll be joining a fast-growing business that empowers its Key Account Managers to make decisions, work closely with clients, and develop innovative ways to improve service and growth.
The Role:
As a Key Account Manager, you’ll manage and develop relationships with major restaurant and casual dining brands, acting as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders across operations and IT. You’ll ensure clients receive outstanding service, identify new opportunities for growth, and provide commercially driven solutions that make a difference to their business.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing key accounts within restaurant and hospitality groups
• Act as a trusted Key Account Manager and main point of contact for your portfolio of clients
• Handle technical or service-related queries quickly and effectively
• Understand customer systems and technology solutions (training provided)
• Identify opportunities to expand business through proactive partnership and solution-based selling
• Work closely with third-party suppliers and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
What You’ll Need:
• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager (ideally within hospitality, technology, or service-based industries)
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• A commercially minded, analytical, and self-motivated approach
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Confidence in learning new technology solutions and presenting value to clients
Desirable:
• Experience working with restaurant technology such as EPOS, self-order kiosks, or digital menu systems
• Background in restaurant operations, area management or deployment projects
