About the Role:
As a Key Accounts Manager, you will be the face of the business for strategic partners, responsible for managing and growing key relationships, driving demand for innovative solutions, and identifying new opportunities for collaboration. You’ll play a critical role in supporting the company’s sales strategy and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow strategic partner accounts across the UK
* Drive demand for product and system solutions
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders
* Forecast and manage project pipelines
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Technical, and Customer Services teams
* Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a similar Key Account or Strategic Sales role
* Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills
* Ability to work independently and travel nationally
* CRM proficiency and a proactive, customer-first mindset
* A professional technical qualification is desirable but not essential
