Sales Support & Account Coordinator
Crewe | Full-Time | Competitive Salary
£32,000 - £35,000 per annum
Are you passionate about customer relationships, sales growth, and delivering exceptional service? We’re looking for a proactive and organised Sales Support & Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular account reviews, providing stock updates, product advice, and identifying opportunities to fill product gaps.
Manage and maintain an accurate business pipeline, tracking sales performance and GP retention.
Deliver swift and accurate quotations using internal sourcing and estimating teams.
Follow up on quotations to ensure closure—win or lose—and update CRM with all customer interactions.
Coordinate face-to-face meetings for the Sales Director, setting clear objectives and ensuring all actions are followed up post-visit.
Provide meaningful sales interactions and support across key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Experience in sales support, account management, or customer service.
Confidence using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
A customer-first mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships.
