Key Account Manager – Perm 3D POS, Events & Exhibitions £35-45k DOE bonus London - Hybrid Full-time/Perm Our client is a leading creative production business specialising in beauty and luxury brand activations, including permanent 3D POS, events, and exhibitions. With a heritage spanning over 50 years the company continues to thrive—boasting £10m turnover and an impressive year-on-year growth. As a Key Account Manager, you will be the face of the business for some of the most exciting names in beauty and luxury. You’ll manage relationships with key clients, ensuring projects run smoothly from concept through to delivery, while identifying opportunities to grow and strengthen partnerships. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, client-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and wants to work closely with world-class brands. Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for allocated beauty and luxury clients, building strong and trusted relationships. Oversee projects from briefing through production to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Collaborate with internal design, production, and project teams to deliver innovative 3D POS, event, and exhibition solutions. Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and spot new business potential. Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams, managing expectations effectively. Prepare account reports, updates, and presentations as required. Support the wider sales and accounts team when needed, contributing to team success  What We’re Looking For Previous experience in account management, client services, or project management (ideally in beauty, luxury, or creative production sectors). Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects with ease. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Commercially minded, with a proactive approach to growing client relationships.
