Are you a skilled freight forwarding professional with a passion for building strong client relationships? Our client, a well-established international freight forwarder, is seeking a Key Account & Operations Executive to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with general freight forwarding experience who enjoys both the operational and customer-facing sides of logistics. You'll play a key role in supporting a close-knit operations team while managing key client accounts to ensure service excellence and continued business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations across Air, Ocean, and Road freight.
Serve as a primary contact for key customer accounts - ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
Support the operations team (currently 3 Operators) to ensure efficiency and high performance.
Coordinate shipments from booking to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Liaise with carriers, overseas agents, and suppliers to resolve issues and maintain service standards.
Contribute to improving operational processes and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience in freight forwarding operations (Air, Sea, and/or Road).
Strong customer service and key account management skills.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
