Key Account Supervisor
Location: Sheffield, UK
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (DOE)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 9:00am-5:00pm

My client is offering a fantastic package to for someone to help support their business operations, customer service requirements and lead a team of devoted key account managers. The right candidate will be someone with a strong background in Account Management and/or sales and have demonstrable leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support a team of customer service coordinators and account managers to ensure smooth handling of client bookings, operations, invoicing, and general office efficiency.
Provide leadership and guidance to staff handling customer queries, order processing, and account management to maintain high service standards and client satisfaction.
Act as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring timely service delivery, addressing escalated issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Oversee the accurate processing of invoices and manage credit control activities, including chasing overdue payments and coordinating with clients to resolve billing issues.
Set priorities, delegate tasks, and monitor performance metrics to support productivity, team development, and service quality.
Help identify ways to improve day-to-day operations, encourage efficient working methods, and ensure the team follows correct procedures for managing customer service and operations. Requirements:
Previous Leadership Experience at a Team Lead or Supervisor level.
Experience in Key Account Management or Sales.
Strong Customer Service Experience.
Experience invoicing clients and credit control is desirable, but not essential.
