Simply Education is working with a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in the Sleaford area to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 1 Class Teacher for a full-time role starting in September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate teacher looking to inspire and support young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils feel supported.
Use formative and summative assessments to track progress and inform planning.
Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEN.
Establish clear expectations for behaviour and promote positive classroom management.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to maximise pupil outcomes.
Contribute to the wider life of the school through events, clubs, and enrichment activities.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
A strong understanding of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
Excellent classroom management skills
A commitment to raising achievement and creating a positive learning experience.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
