Job Description
Academics Bristol is seeking a talented and inspirational Key Stage 1 Class Teacher to join a welcoming, compassionate and diverse school for children aged 4-11in Easton, Bristol. This is your opportunity to deliver outstanding lessons, nurture a love of learning, and play a key role in shaping the life chances of our children.
Location: Easton, Bristol (BS5)
Salary: £31,650 - £43,607 (M1 - M6)
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (32.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday)
Flexible, part-time and job-share applications will be considered.

About the Role
As a Key Stage 1 Teacher, you will:
Deliver consistently high-quality lessons across Key Stage 1.
Inspire and challenge pupils of all abilities to achieve their very best.
Support pupils from a range of backgrounds, including those with SEND, pupil premium and high-attaining learners.
Contribute to the design and delivery of an engaging and inclusive curriculum.
Play an active role in wider school life, supporting enrichment opportunities beyond the classroom.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and carers to foster strong, positive relationships.About You
We are looking for a teacher who is:
A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with experience in Key Stage 1.
Skilled at delivering engaging and effective lessons with excellent subject knowledge.
Confident in supporting diverse groups of learners to make progress.
A strong communicator who can motivate pupils and colleagues alike.
Committed to professional development, reflective practice and continuous improvement.
Passionate about equality, diversity and inclusion, recognising the value of our multicultural school community.Teachers on the Upper Pay Scale will also demonstrate a sustained contribution to the wider school, influencing colleagues and driving consistently high expectations.
