Key responsibilities:
Plan and teach diverse KS1 lessons, using creativity to meet the needs of all learners across the curriculum
Monitor and assess each child's progress, offering tailored feedback and support to guide their development
Create a caring, well-organised classroom, fostering positive behaviour and ensuring pupil safety
Collaborate with colleagues, TAs, and parents, forming a supportive team that enhances outcomes
Contribute to school life and your own professional growth, by leading displays, extracurriculars, and events, and engaging in ongoing CPD
What you need to succeed:
QTS (newly qualified or experienced)
Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a willingness to learn
A positive attitude and strong communication skills
