KS1 Teacher Wanted! Warrington Primary School – January 2026 Start Teaching Personnel are delighted to be supporting a friendly and nurturing primary school in the WA4 area, and they’re looking for a dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher to join their team from January 2026. If you’re passionate about helping younger learners flourish and love being part of a supportive, collaborative staff team, this could be the ideal role for you. About the Role: Full-time KS1 class teacher position. Support pupils through targeted small-group work and early intervention strategies. Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that inspire a love of learning. Work closely with the KS1 team to ensure consistency, progression and joy across the phase. Foster positive relationships with pupils, families, and staff to create a welcoming classroom environment. What We’re Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Hold (or be willing to apply for) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service. Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and early learning development. Confident with behaviour management and nurturing a positive, calm classroom culture. Someone enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to giving every child the best start to their school journey.
