Your Responsibilities as a KS1 Teacher:
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS1 national curriculum
Use a variety of teaching strategies to support all learners
Promote positive behaviour and encourage active participation
Support pupils with additional needs in collaboration with support staff
Maintain clear records of pupil progress and communicate with parents and colleagues

Essential Requirements:
QTS, PGCE, or an equivalent teaching qualification
Recent classroom experience within Key Stage 1
Sound understanding of the KS1 national curriculum
A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive teaching practices
Two references from the last 5 years (one must be a full child-based safeguarding reference)
Desired:
A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply - support provided)
