The Role
As a Key Stage 1 Teacher, you will:
• Deliver creative, engaging and well-structured lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Plan and assess effectively to ensure all learners make excellent progress
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with phase colleagues, support staff, and the wider school team
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and carers
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Has recent experience teaching within KS1
• Brings energy, warmth, and commitment to the role
• Is reflective, proactive, and passionate about early learning
• Thrives in diverse, fast-paced environments
