Salary: £130 – £180 per day (depending on experience)

Are you a passionate and creative KS1 Teacher ready to make a meaningful impact on young learners’ development?
GSL Education are currently seeking a committed KS1 Teacher to join welcoming and supportive primary schools in Gainsborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced practitioners or enthusiastic ECTs to foster a love of learning in Key Stage 1 pupils.
Role Overview:
As a KS1 Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to the learning needs of pupils aged 5–7. You will create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver inspiring and differentiated lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.
Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.
Monitor progress and provide targeted support to raise achievement.
Maintain a positive and well-ordered learning environment.
Engage with parents and carers to support learning at home.
Requirements for KS1 Teacher:
Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable.
Solid understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
Excellent classroom management and planning skills.
A positive and resilient attitude with a passion for teaching.
Have an up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
