As a qualified professional, you will be expected to:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification for KS1
Have proven experience teaching within Key Stage 1 and effectively managing a diverse classroom
Possess a current Enhanced DBS check registered with the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one)
Be able to provide two recent and relevant references to support your application
Demonstrate excellent communication and classroom management skills, along with a nurturing and proactive teaching approach

Works collaboratively with other staff and contributes to the development of KS1 teaching practices and school-wide initiatives
Demonstrates a strong work ethic and consistently maintains high standards in planning, teaching, and assessment
Brings relevant experience in Key Stage 1 and quickly adapts to new classroom settings and routines
Shows excellent organisational skills and communicates clearly with pupils, parents, and colleagues
Creates a supportive and engaging learning environment that fosters curiosity and confidence in young learners
